TOP 5 OVERRATED FOOD JOINTS IN DELHI

Hello people, Hope you all are doing great as always. Today I will be revealing top 5 overrated eateries or restaurants of the Capital. First things first, I have visited all these places may be more than thrice since 2015, so just sharing my views over it. 4 out of 5 are in Old Delhi :( Here are my top 5 picks: 1. Karim's, Jama Masjid I believe that every Delhite have been there once in their life (except vegans :P) and had a great meal there but I know most of you weren't that amazed with the food. No? There was a time in late 90s or early 20s when Karim's was one of a kind but now he is having multiple competitors who are serving equal or better cuisines at a lower price of course.  I went there sometime back and ordered 'Chicken Mughlai' and 'Jahangiri Qorma' both the gravies were similar, the only difference was chicken and mutton. But if you haven't been there, you can definitely consider it for a fine lunch or dinner.

MENSTRUAL CYCLE | BREAKING THE STEREOTYPES |

Hi Folks, Thanks for your support on my last such blogs. So, writing a new one today.   I would like to share a experience here from 2007 when I was in 8th Std. it was 'Summer Vacations' and all my cousins are sitting and watching TV. We thought to play a game randomly : We started from the TV ads, one said the next ad will be mine, next will be yours, next will be yours and so on.  1st ad: Dabur Chyawanprash and that cousin was extremely happy, the ad indicates I am strong and all. 2nd ad: 'Relaxo Sleeper' and we all made fun of that cousin and we all were enjoying and waiting for the next ad. NOW THE 3rd AD: It was of Sanitary Pads unfortunately, we all felt embarrassed and WE NEVER PLAYED THAT GAME AGAIN :( SO, JUST HAD A THOUGHT TO BREAK THIS STEREOTYPES THROUGH THIS BLOG Even when we all knew almost everything in 8th Std but still felt embarrassed to see that TV Ad. Why did it happened? Just because of the stereotypes we were carrying in o

REVEALING KFC'S SECRET 'HOT AND CRISPY CHICKEN' RECIPE

Hello Folks, This blog was planned for some days later but as the KFC has already declared 6th July as the 'National Fried Chicken Day', I can't think of a better day to do it than today. So, here I am....   I personally did a lot of R&D on this recipe to make it as much close as possible, and I believe that I made it. Let's start ;) The most important part in this recipe is the chicken cuts, never buy curry cut chicken from any store like 24x7 or any other place, the reason behind is Curry cut chicken has 12-14 pieces of a chicken, but KFC has only 10 (except neck and liver) and for that you need to go to a butcher shop by yourself and advice the butcher, before they chop chop your chicken.   Once you get that chicken home, wash it properly and marinate it. Yes, just like tandoori chicken, it also goes through a marination of about 4 hours. Some KFC recipes over the internet says to marinate it in buttermilk (lassi) but that is not my pick for sur

WHY WE DON'T NEED 'SANDEEP MAHESHWARI'

Hi Folks, Responses on my last two blogs encouraged me enough to write more ! Thanks :) _/\_ NOTE: Before starting, I just want to clear one thing that I am not against him, I respect him and his words. But my question is 'why do we need his lectures?   If you are still feeling offensive, you may leave now. Rest, kindly continue :)      So, today I will be giving some more lime light to Mr. Sandeep Maheshwari. The person who is a 'Maseeha' to most of the people who listens to him. Just because he is successful doesn't mean that he has got the 'Mantra' to make anyone successful. Yes, that is what is want to convey by this blog. "WHILE LISTENING TO HIM, DID YOU EVER FELT THAT YOU ALREADY KNOW/AWARE OF THIS THING ?" If Yes, then congratulations my friend you are pretty normal at your senses and that is what I want to tell you. To the ones who are reading this, you know what: You do not want Sandeep Maheshwari to tell you that w

Butter Chicken Recipe by Aman

Hi Folks, This is my first blog and I believe you will like it. So the chef inside me wants to share the recipe of Butter Chicken with you all. Being a chicken lover, I always ponder Chicken Recipes. So just thought to share my version of Butter Chicken with you. All the non-veg lovers must have tried it for once in their lifespan till date lol, and some of them tried to cook it at as well. BUT HAVE YOU GOT THAT RESTAURANT ESSENCE ??? If the answer is 'YES' you can stop here and leave but if the answer is 'NO' kindly continue :) MY RECIPE BREAKDOWN GOES AS BELOW: 60% MR. CHICKEN & 40% MISS GRAVY MR. CHICKEN The 'SECRET' to get that restaurant touch is the preparation of Mr.Chicken. Most of the restaurants adds the Tandoori Chicken in the gravy. Yes, that's the exact secret. But how to make it happen at home without tandoor or oven ? Let me tell you this : You need to marinate the chicken first, take 1kg Mr. Chicken in a bowl and add 2
